Tomorrow is Hari Raya Aidilfitri and while we were at the "pasar pagi" this morning, we saw some stalls selling the "daun kelapa". We bought some, as our maid is going to teach us how to make the ketupat.
5th September 2010, Sunday Morning Min has squint eye, it is more obvious when she is tired. A visit to the Orthoptist yesterday confirmed that she has squint eye as well as lazy eye. She prefers to use her left eye more than her right eye.
The Orthoptist wanted us to patch her left eye, everyday for about 2 hours until her next appointment in November. She was unhappy when we patched her eye this morning.
1st September 2010, Wednesday Evening When I thought Min to build this piece of jigsaw puzzle, I told her... "See, the papa is sitting in front, driving."
She came to me today with this piece of jigsaw puzzle and asked... "Why papa driving? I want mami driving. Papa sit at the back." :D

A friend gave us a very small egg. Just for the fun of it, I placed the
small egg and a normal sized egg standing side by side at one cor...
I started this blog because I would like to jot down stuff my daughters have said or done, so that years down the road, we can read back on them.
I came to know about homeschooling in July 2009 and also got to know a network of homeschooling friends. I am impressed by them and I am attending their workshop & activities as much as I can, to learn more on this topic... homeschooling, unschooling, deschooling.
Let the child leads the learning. The world is their classroom. This blog is also a journal of my girls' learning world.
